Ordering Process

Shopping

Simply select items you want to purchase by checking the Add checkbox located next to the item. Then click the Add to Shopping Bag button. This sends your item of choice into the shopping bag which can be viewed at any time by clicking the “Shopping Bag” link located at the top of each page. You may now change the quantity number in the box, or delete an item by clicking “delete”, or you may choose to continue shopping. Always remember to click the Update button when making any changes to your shopping cart.

Checking Out

When you are ready to check out, just hit the Checkout button located on each page or on the bottom of the shopping bag page. You will then be guided through a few simple steps before completing your order. You will need to enter your email address, name, billing and shipping information, and finally your method of payment. You may rest assured that your payment information is stored on our secure server temporarily until payment is obtained. (See our privacy and security policy for more information regarding this). You will then be directed to the confirmation page which provides you with a unique confirmation order number. We strongly recommend that you print the confirmation page for your records. We will also send you an email confirming the transaction, and providing you with a shipping tracking number if available.

Ordering by Phone

You may place your order with KaufmanFragrances.com over the phone by calling 1888-537-3738 Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time. This phone number may also be used to check the status of current or past orders, or if you have general product inquiries.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please provide the correct name and billing address that the respective bank has on file to avoid any delays. We also make sure to check all incoming credit card information for possible fraud.

We offer free standard shipping within the constituent US on orders totaling $79 or higher.

Sales Tax

State laws require a New York based business to collect sales tax only on orders shipped within New York State. If you place an order with our company and have it shipped anywhere in New York State, you will be charged the applicable New York State Tax. If the order is shipped anywhere outside New York State, there will be no sales tax charged.
